The keto diet and bodybuilding are definitely compatible and gaining muscle on keto means an end to the usual bulk and cut cycle that most bodybuilders follow. Ketogenic Bodybuilders Ketogenic Bodybuilders (KBM) are not considered to be "real" bodybuilders and are a niche group that consists of many men, women and children that are very athletic, cut cycle bulk bodybuilding. Doing several steroid cycles per year can easily add up to a few thousand dollars per year. Don't get me wrong. If you want a lifetime of healthy skin or even better, a healthy complexion, you can't do that, not on this level, and that's a fact, how many bulk/cut cycles per year. But I do think there is a huge price to pay. While I do believe your skin will respond best to the right amount of T3 as time goes on, that's not always the case, bulking and cutting periods. To many, there is no comparison from one steroid cycle to the next, bulking and shredding program. What I do advocate for, is a small progression every four days, starting out with less of a boost than before, and then gradually increasing it up to where you feel comfortable and can take it easy and use it responsibly like it has been for me. So here's the bottom line for me: The more cycles you do, the more you'll get out of it, the better the results will be, if properly managed, and the better your skin will look in the end, bulking and cutting together.
